Looking for Solution Architect As the Solution Architecture Lead within Corporate Information Solutions, you will be responsible for driving Solution Architecture best practices across the team. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services Enterprise Architecture, you will provide team management, strategic direction, and thought mentorship to our global team of Solution Architects, enabling them to deliver solutions aligned with our technical strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, contributing to the successful delivery of business goals while adhering to the technical strategy, driving innovation, and promoting reuse through effective solution design. Additionally, you will manage the resource allocation and technical development for client team of global Solution Architects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with other members of the Product Development and Engineering Leadership Team. Lead the Solution Architecture practice, ensuring that standards, frameworks, and policies are in place and aligned with our technical strategy. Manage a high-performing team of Solution Architects while driving a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to drive the evolution of the technology portfolio in support of the business strategy. Ensure that project Architecture resourcing needs are met, and that architecture processes and policies are adhered to during delivery. Represent the Solution Architecture practice in discussions with central functions and partners across the organization (such as Enterprise Architecture). Provide technical expertise on key initiatives that have a departmental impact (such as data center migrations). Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution architecture. Requirements: Proven experience as a senior solution architect with hands-on experience in solution design. An expert understanding of solution architecture standards and best practices. Extensive experience designing solutions that can be rapidly built, tested, and deployed using Agile best practices. Demonstrated experience in guiding and developing a team of Solution Architects. Excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and technology partners. Advanced communication skills at all levels, including the ability to convey complex technical strategy and obstacles to senior business and technology partners. In-depth knowledge of modern software architectures, including microservices, APIs, cloud computing, data insights, and modernization patterns. MEAN stack, Python, or any other middleware technologies. AWS Cloud. Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML). Containerization / Kubernetes. Microservice-based architecture. Secure By Design concepts, Secure DevOps. Exposure to Big Data / Data Lake / LakeHouse / BI Tools. Application Performance Monitoring (APM) techniques. Large language models. Agile. Recognized document standards (C4, UML, Archimate).
