Responsibilities:
Provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments, including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests) The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the development of test plans, test scripts and test cases and executing these against the various components. The tester will work with the testing lead and IT lead of each project as well as the project team members in the analysis, design, development, implementation and ongoing support of the required systems.
Mandatory Skills Required:
- 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
- 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
- Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
- Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
- Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience with Case Management would be an asset.

Software Testing Soft Skills- 40%

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
• 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
• Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
• Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
• Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
Technical Skills - 20%
• Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of defect management life cycle
• Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans
• Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset
• Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset
• Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset
• Ability to understand data models is an asset
• Ability to understand Java and Javascript is an asset
Public Sector Experience- 5%
• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
