What you’ll do

As a Senior Quality Program Manager (f/m/d) you ensure compliance to all internal & external standards and requirements and act as multiplier within the LOB for the enrollment of new requirements. You represent SAP Concur in internal and external audits. Your passionate about our customers success and understand Quality as the key driver to make this happen. You will strongly support SAP’s move to the Cloud by sharing SAP Concurs best practices and deep experience as a Cloud Company. This will include (but won’t be restricted to) tasks like:

  • Lead adherence to Policies & Standards, Controls incl. Tools e.g. Global Development Policy
  • Monitor & continuously improve LOB compliance
  • Actively participate on the continuous improvement activities to the Management System, Policies, Standards, Tools
  • Key Contact & Content Provider for Global Governance Teams
  • Orchestrate training of SAP Concur employees and affected 3rd party employees on Management System Requirements and further standards


What you will bring

  • Deep knowledge with SAP Corporate Requirements & Product Standards and the tools used to enable compliance
  • Deep understanding of especially ISO9001 and experience in implementing and improving organizational competence
  • Eager to grow stakeholder management skills, especially towards senior and top management up to Board level
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills
  • Strong and proven project management skills, conceptual and structured work style as well as strategic analytical thinking skills
  • “Can-do” attitude, capable of continuously adapting to new topics and adjusting focus in a fast-moving environment
  • A mindful team player with a humble and positive mindset.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong SAP internal Network strongly preferred


Required Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years with internal/ external Quality (Governance) topics
  • Minimum 3+ years leading (virtual) teams globally
  • Active work experience with internal and external Audits
  • Minimum 3+ years with SAP cloud solutions and technologies
  • Having worked with customers directly
  • Work experience in the US is a big plus

Quality Program Management (QPM) is a highly visible organization in the Office of CTO and frequently engaged with our top leaders. QPM is responsible for delivery of the SAP Quality Management System in SAP Concur across programs, products, and projects in SAP Concur Solutions Area Engineering. QPM is integral to delivering SAP Concurs engineering strategy!
Our vision is to approach QPM the way we approach Product Management by delivering high-quality programs, products, and projects pursuant to stakeholder requirements. In QPM, we manage through agile methodologies, distill and ruthlessly prioritize various requests, define technology convergence plans and schedules, drive prep and execution, ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication while adhering to and adopting the SAP Quality Management System.
