Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid – Mostly Remote)

Salary: $200K–$250K CAD
Start: October 2025

The Opportunity
A major engineering company is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for a 10-year, $8 billion program of transmission and distribution projects with a major utility. You’ll oversee large-scale EPC initiatives—transmission lines, substations—and ensure successful delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-value T&D projects as the Owner’s Representative.
- Oversee all phases of EPC delivery (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
- Provide strategic direction to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Navigate complex organizational and regulatory environments.
- Mentor teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of large-scale infrastructure project management.
- Proven EPC experience in transmission lines and substations.
- Engineering degree; P.Eng and PMP preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Canadian citizen; based in/relocatable to Toronto area.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings/site visits 2–3 times per month.
