<h3>Base Pay Range</h3>
<p>CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr</p>

<p>Our client is a global corporation headquartered in Toronto. This position provides an opportunity to be an integral part in the company's payroll function and support global teams.</p>
<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>This role requires hands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Global Payroll Manager.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for a growing retail company throughout Canada, US, LATAM and Mexico.</li>
<li>End-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable overseeing hourly, salaried and unionized payroll cycle for the organization.</li>
<li>Year-end reconciliation and submission of source deductions, WSIB, EHT etc.</li>
<li>Ensure that all necessary government filings and remittances are made in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Report and reconciliation, post to GL and assist finance with payroll accounting.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ideally 3-5 years of experience processing high-volume North American and Global payroll.</li>
<li>PCP or PLP certification an asset.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ADP WFN</li>
<li>Organized and possess a strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Can work in a collaborative environment & independently.</li>
<li>Can work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Hands‑on experience with high-volume payroll processing.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of payroll systems.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Very strong Excel skills</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>PCP or PLP certification.</li>
<li>Experience with ADP WFN</li>
</ul>
