DAY BY DAY: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for one of our major retail clients for the Corporate FP&A team. This person will be working on a projects for the FP&A team that involves modelling costs for labour in the technology department. They will be making changes to the existing models, building new models as well as eventually transitioning the excel models to PowerBI. The focus of this role is building out complex models as opposed to a focus on reporting. MUST HAVES: 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role with experience FP&A experience Experience creating and maintaining complex financial models in Excel focus on CAPEX vs OPEX Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with VP level stakeholders Strong PowerBI skills ability to put excel models into PowerBI and make changes to existing dashboards PLUSSES: Experience building models for labour costs
