Reporting to the Manager, this position will have experience working in a multi-business unit organization to support the required reporting, analysis and communication.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.</p><p>Detail oriented and enjoy being hands-on. Have proven analytical skills and always understand the bigger picture. Demonstrated effectiveness in building processes, establishing standards and to drive our strategic objectives.</p><p></p><p>In addition:</p><ul><li>Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3-5 Year Plans).</li><li>Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and scalability.</li><li>Assist the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast materials and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and the Board.</li><li>Leverage business knowledge and expertise in Anaplan to drive process transformation and opportunities for <span >strategicrecommendations/value</span></li><li>Assist in the functional department reviews with business leaders on Growth targets.</li><li>Support in the Performance and Efficiency Forum with the aim to ensure profitable growth for the bank.</li><li>Support the Treasury team with FP&A activities with Treasury team on bank wide funding costs and capital levels for the bank.</li><li>Support a strong data-driven environment, providing fact-based strategic insight to business partners to identify risks and recommendations to improve future business performance.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WHAT WE REQUIRE:</p><ul><li>Authorized to work in Canada</li></ul><ul></ul><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field (CFA, CPA designation an asset)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects</li><li>Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools, preferably experience with Alteryx<br /></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills</li><li>3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis; preferably Financial Services industry experience</li><li>Strong financial modelling capabilities with experience creating robust financial plans, forecasts, and projections</li><li>Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes<br /></li><li>Strong business and process acumen, with ability to analyze strategic requirements, create innovative solutions, and develop action plans</li><li>Experience in developing financial models and dashboards within industry BI Tools (PowerBI, Python, DataBricks) would be an asset</li><li>Excellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Highly collaborative, hands-on approach</li><li>Solution-oriented, strategic business partner<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain an inclusive and supportive<br />company culture!</p><p></p><p>Follow us on LinkedIn: Home Trust Company: My Company | LinkedIn<br /></p></p></p>
