In this position, you\u2019ll navigate global compliance requirements, ensure financial integrity across all reporting processes, and drive reporting excellence across multiple jurisdictions.</p><h3>What you\u2019ll do</h3><h3>Statutory Reporting and compliance</h3><ul><li>Prepare, review, and submit statutory financial statements in compliance with local GAAP / IFRS for domestic and foreign entities</li><li>Ensure timely filing of statutory reports, financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings across all relevant jurisdictions</li><li>Support tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and other compliance-related tasks.</li><li>Coordinate and manage statutory audits for both domestic and foreign entities, ensuring all required documentation is available.</li><li>Address auditor queries, reconcile differences, and implement audit recommendations.</li><li>Ensure that audit timelines are met, and that all statutory audit requirements are satisfied across multiple jurisdictions.</li></ul><h3>Journal Entries & Month-End Close</h3><ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries for all required adjustments including intercompany transactions, management fees, etc.</li><li>Perform reconciliations of key accounts, including intercompany, foreign exchange, and accounts.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance statutory reporting processes</li><li>Collaborate with the broader finance team to improve the quality and reliability of financial data.</li></ul><h3>What you bring</h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification</li><li>At least 4 years\u2019 experience with preparation of financial statements</li><li>Working knowledge of developments in accounting standards, ie IFRS</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>Experience in technical accounting research and documentation of company\u2019s position on complex accounting matters</li><li>Experience with complex global consolidations, including foreign exchange translations and intercompany transaction eliminations</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferably WorkDay and SAP</li></ul><h3>Great-to-haves</h3><ul><li>Experience in supervising team workflows, task delegation and review of financial deliverables</li></ul><h3>A bit about us</h3><p>We\u2019re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
