Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Hamilton, ON, Canada; also open to Kitchener and Toronto
Role at a Glance
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical guidance within the electrical practice, including quality assurance, development of standards, and leading electrical design on projects. Responsibilities include developing scope of work, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with clients and team members. The role may also involve people leadership and business development based on your strengths and interests.

What You Will Do
- Lead electrical design on projects
- Coordinate with clients and develop project concepts and designs
- Perform electrical calculations and equipment selection
- Oversee lighting design and ensure code compliance
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with authorities and service providers
- Provide technical direction and develop standards
- Assist in business development and client relations (optional)
- Lead and mentor team members (optional)
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical systems for various project types
- PEO licensed (P.Eng)
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
