The ideal candidate should excel in both independent and collaborative work environments and be results-driven with expert-level Salesforce skills, particularly in development and testing.</p><p><strong>Why You’re a Good Fit for This Role:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.</li><li>A relevant degree is preferred but not required if other qualifications are met.</li><li>Advanced Salesforce skills, including:<ul><li>Building Lightning Web Components, Apex Controllers, and Flows.</li><li>Writing scalable, testable Apex code.</li><li>Creating Salesforce Reports.</li><li>Writing unit tests with Apex and integration tests using Selenium.</li><li>Experience with QA, UAT, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and WordPress.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar) for sprint/release management.</li><li>Working knowledge of Power BI.</li><li>Strong programming skills.</li></ul></li><li>Must reside in Canada and have legal work authorization.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and punctual.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Capable of working effectively independently and in team settings.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex Controllers, and Flows.</li><li>Design efficient, reusable, and high-performing Apex code.</li><li>Create and analyze Salesforce Reports to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Configure Experience Cloud sites to enhance functionality for end-users.</li><li>Write unit tests using Apex and conduct integration tests with Selenium.</li><li>Contribute to DevOps processes, focusing on source control and deployment best practices.</li><li>Support QA and UAT efforts.</li></ul><p>If you’re passionate about Salesforce development and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply!</p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p>
