Sales Manager, IT Services and Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to take on a Sales Management role with a well-established IT Consultancy and Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in and operating in the Caribbean region. This individual will be responsible for leading, managing and mentoring a small team of experienced IT Sales staff to achieve/exceed targets and grow new business across the firm’s IT services portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a sales team within an MSP/IT Service Provider organization combined with strong interest/ability to relocate and enjoy both work and life in an idyllic island environment.
Basic qualifiers include:
- 5 years’ minimum experience in a sales leadership role within a managed services / IT solutions provider
- Strong IT Services sales background and knowledge of current industry offerings including Managed Services, Professional Services and Consultancy, Microsoft Solutions and Cloud, Infrastructure Solutions, Networking, Security etc.
- Proven ability to assist in closing business while leading, mentoring and managing outside sales staff to hit targets
- Professional presentation, communication and relationship building skills
- A high degree of mobility and adaptability is required – must be capable of relocating relatively easily and with few complications.
