Job Description

<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Experience and Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>Must Haves:</b><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of salesforce experience<br></li><li>5+ years of architect experience working with vendor<br></li><li>5+ years of technical architect experience <br></li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have:</b><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of Tribunals/ops experience<br></li></ul><p><b>Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>Desired Skills and Experience:</b><br></p><ul><li>Technical Architect, strong understanding of salesforce platform<br></li><li>Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level <br></li><li>Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications <br></li><li>Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology <br></li><li>Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs <br></li><li>Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs <br></li><li>Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models <br></li><li>Experience developing, recommending, implementing and managing technical architecture <br></li><li>Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and other software tools such as project management tools <br></li><li>Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions <br></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills <br></li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines <br></li><li>Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) <br></li></ul><p><b>Salesforce Experience:</b><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of salesforce architect experience <br></li><li>Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodology<br></li><li>Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud. <br></li><li>Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. <br></li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like MuleSoft<br></li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder and Vendor Management:</b><br></p><ul><li>Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation project<br></li><li>Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions <br></li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines <br></li><li>Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project<br></li></ul><p><b>Architecture Experience:</b><br></p><ul><li>Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level <br></li><li>Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed project<br></li><li>Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs <br></li><li>Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects<br></li></ul><p><b>Communication Skills:</b><br></p><ul><li>Understand government process and policies to develop the implementation strategies<br></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills <br></li></ul><p><b>Public Sector Experience:</b><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations<br></li></ul>
