RQ07301 Specialized IT Consultant

This is a contract position for a Specialized IT Consultant for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Three Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
– Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related to TLS/SSL Certificate Renewals
– Sign certificates with active certificate authority VOR. Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database
– Process incidents or work orders as assigned within SLA
– Work with team to deliver on DCO Service Change and Fulfillment CRQ work load
– Create, Submit, and Manage Change Requests related DCO technical Services work requirements
– Update and Maintain OPS Configuration Management Database for impacts related to changes or incidents

Deliverables:
– Support TLS/SSL Certificate signing
– Support DCO Technical Services for other CRQ work loads
– Hybrid Work Environment – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work

Qualifications
ITIL experience:
5+ years experience providing oversight to support ITIL processes critical in maintaining operations of a 7/24/365 data center environment
*Experience should include incident management, change management and configuration management

Datacenter Support:
5+ years experience providing technical support within a data center for any OS or Hardware platform

Documentation and Communication Skills:
Demonstrated experience with inter team and project communication
Demonstrated experience in change management activities
Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills
