Our client, a well-established organization operating in the cybersecurity and digital risk advisory space, is seeking a Relationship Manager to strengthen executive-level partnerships with key enterprise clients. This role ensures client leadership teams feel informed, supported, and connected to the organization's mission and solutions. You will act as a trusted liaison between internal stakeholders and the C-suite, helping drive customer satisfaction, renewal outcomes, and long-term strategic value. The position requires a blend of executive presence, business acumen, and proactive engagement to keep clients engaged and confident in the services delivered.
The Role
• Represent the organization in senior executive forums, cultivating strong relationships with C-level leaders and strategic partners.
• Host and manage executive briefings, business reviews, and client-site engagements that reinforce trust and alignment.
• Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client goals, operational risks, and emerging cybersecurity priorities.
• Facilitate smooth escalation and resolution of issues, coordinating cross-functional efforts for timely outcomes.
• Maintain clear intelligence on client structures, decision-making patterns, and industry trends to tailor engagement strategies.
• Drive initiatives that deepen long-term client commitment and expand partnership opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and networking forums to enhance market presence and strengthen executive networks.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client experiences.
• Support account planning and forecasting activities through informed insights and stakeholder alignment.
The Ideal Candidate
• 7+ years in senior-level client relationship, account management, or advisory-focused roles, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, or professional services environments.
• Demonstrated success building trust and influence with executive decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a polished and confident presence.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify value opportunities and anticipate future client needs.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, complex enterprise environments requiring discretion and resilience.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-touch engagement with key stakeholders.
