We are looking for a <b>Regional</b> <b>Intelligence Solutions Manager</b>(Precision Ag) to join our fast-paced, energetic organization, working from our <b>Kamsack, Preeceville, Swan River, or Russell</b> locations<b>.</b></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support the optimization efforts of our Precision Ag team in the region. Our Regional IS Managers are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to staff and customers to promote optimal equipment performance. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Maintain current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line & large ag</li><li>Train service technicians to perform infield optimizations and start-ups</li><li>Support high-level of optimization knowledge in service departments</li><li>Perform infield start-up and optimizations for designated strategic customers and new technology product offerings</li><li>Assist in the development and delivery of customer clinic events</li><li>Support in the development of SVAP products</li><li>Participate in training and onboarding for all employees</li><li>Deliver and help develop comprehensive demonstration process including equipment prep and sales team training</li><li>Lead demonstrations of new products and technology for key customers</li><li>Support and maintain customer data management</li><li>Build and maintain a constructive work environment within the team, branch, and organization</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills</li><li>2+ years experience in agriculture or related field</li><li>Dealership sales, service, and/or training experience in an ag environment</li><li>Knowledge/familiarity with technology used in ag equipment</li><li>Ability to use desktop and internet applications</li><li>Grade 12 or equivalent</li><li>Travel within designated area and work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays</li><li>A valid Class 5 Drivers License</li></ul><p>CONNECT with us today!</p><p>Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
