<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.</li><li>Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.</li><li>Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.</li><li>Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.</li><li>Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, filing, ordering supplies and supporting other administrative departments as needed.</li><li>Assist in facilitating daily vehicle licensing, as required.</li><li>Assist with pick up/delivery of vehicles and providing customer shuttle service , as needed</li><li>Maintain log books </li><li>Ensure all office common areas are kept tidy and well-stocked.</li><li>Ensure adherence to required dress code, maintain clean, professional and appropriate appearance and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines</li><li>Complete additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma required.</li><li>Valid Ontario Drivers License with clean record </li><li>1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Monday–Friday:</strong> 8:30- 5:00 pm</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.</li><li>Strong administrative and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer service focus with exceptional client-facing abilities.</li><li>Proficient computer and typing skills.</li></ul><p>This job posting is for an existing role.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
