<p>Avanciers is hiring <b>Quality Engineer -Contact Center</b> at <b>Toronto, ON</b> for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a <b>Full Time Role</b> with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Quality Engineer -Contact Center</b></p><p><b>Location: Toronto, ON</b></p><p><b>Contract/ Full Time</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Relevant Experience :</b> <b>Java + Selenium + IVR workflows + Rest Assured + Contact centre Testing + Automation</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Domain Knowledge/ Keywords to look for :</b> IVR call flow, DTMF , speech recognition, call routing, Queues, Automatic Call Distribution(ACD), Computer Telephony integration, SLAs, Call logs</p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year directly supporting contact center environments in banking or financial services.</li><li>Strong expertise in automated testing using Java Selenium.</li><li>Hands-on experience with API testing using Rest Assured.</li><li>In-depth understanding of contact center operations, systems, and technologies (e.g., IVR, telephony, CRM integration).</li><li>Solid knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies, especially in Agile environments.</li><li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities</li></ul>
