Join our amazing team!</p><p><br></p><p><b>Promotional Products Industry knowledge is a definite asset for a successful candidate in this role.</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assisting and supporting the Projects Team Lead in all aspects of work</li><li>Managing daily emails from Sales Reps, Vendors & Suppliers</li><li>Creating, overseeing, and managing all purchase orders sent to suppliers and fix any problems with orders that may arise</li><li>Reconsolidating invoices against purchase orders</li><li>Liaising with external clients and vendors</li><li>Liaising with internal departments such as Logistics, Accounting, and Sales</li><li>Ensuring all orders are in production and shipped to the right places in a timely manner</li><li>Checking tracking and updating Account Managers on shipping statuses</li><li>Be available to step in and develop new skills when and where the opportunity arises</li><li>Utilizing CommonSku, Microsoft products, and other software as required</li><li>Assisting with company RFP's as needed and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization</li><li>Maintaining a clean and clear workstation</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Experience in the Promotional Products Industry <b>(must)</b></li><li>Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.</li><li>Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with sales processes.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Strong organizational & time management skills</li><li>A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're a people person who thrives on building connections and creating solutions, this role could be a perfect fit for you!</p><p><br></p><p>At Score Promotions, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
