Motion Steel is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary, AB office to provide estimating and administrative support to the Project Management teamsĀ·
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities: - Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects.
- Carry out cost estimates and complete proposals for new opportunities.
- Issue work orders to the manufacturing team & track manufacturing progress.
- Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity.
- Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation.
