Production Supervisor - Relocate to Englehart, ON

<p>We are currently assisting a leading manufacturing company based in Englehart, ON with their <b>Production</b> (<b>Shift) Supervisor </b>role. This a full-time role and relocation to Englehart is required. The role manages a crew of up to 25 people and reports to the Production Superintendent. You will be working rotating days and nights shift.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Leading a production team to work injury-free/incident free in a continuous manufacturing process</li><li>Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs</li><li>Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem- solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable</li><li>Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards</li><li>Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting production issues</li><li>Provide safety training to crew members</li><li>Provide coaching; team development/performance management</li><li>Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>2 or more years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment </li><li>Experience in steel or forestry experience is preferred</li><li>Supervisory experience is an asset</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Able to perform under pressure</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What you will get:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Yearly bonus</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Up to 4 weeks vacation</li><li>Benefits plan</li><li>Company matching RRSP for 5%</li><li>Training and career advancement opportunities</li><li>And an opportunity to work with a great leadership</li></ul><p><br></p><p>For any questions, feel free to reach out to Bharat Kathpal at .</p>
