<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>The <b>Production Manager</b> will oversee the day-to-day production operations of ODRA Road Sweepers, ensuring manufacturing, logistics, service, and supply chain functions run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong leader who can streamline processes, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the high standards of quality and performance the ODRA brand is known for.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage all production aspects of the business including scheduling, inventory, logistics, and quality control.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor production, warehouse, and service teams to meet performance, quality, and safety targets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align production with customer expectations and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Develop and implement efficient production systems, processes, and best practices.</li>
<li>Monitor supply chain and procurement functions to ensure materials and parts availability.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular production reports for senior management.</li>
<li>Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.</li>
<li>Support new product introductions and modifications from a production perspective.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications & Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, preferably in heavy equipment or vehicle manufacturing.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and quality systems (e.g., ISO).</li>
<li>Knowledge of inventory systems for warehouse operations.</li>
<li>Experience with Engineering Changes.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
