We’re seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals—Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role involves assisting with palletizing and general production duties to support daily warehouse operations. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety-conscious environment where teamwork and precision are key.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Palletizing: Organize and stack products onto pallets following specific guidelines to ensure stability and safety during transport.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to your supervisor.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes and a high-visibility vest at all times.</li><li>Product Identification: Label and tag pallets accurately with product codes, quantities, and destinations.</li><li>Inventory Support: Help track and record product quantities and palletized materials.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production flow.</li><li>Equipment Care: Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment as required.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience: Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals.</li><li>Language: Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.</li><li>Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Safety Gear: Must have CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes and a high-visibility vest.</li><li>Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.</li><li>Work Ethic: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are a must.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Additional Information</p><ul><li>First-day arrival: Please arrive by 6:45 AM on your first day.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of a dynamic production team, apply today with Fuze HR!
