We are looking for an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and operational support in a manufacturing environment. This full-time role offers up to $140,000 per year (plus an excellent compensation package) and requires some travel to sister plants and the corporate office (fully covered). Monday to Friday schedule, 40–45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis – Lead monthly results, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • KPIs & Cost Control – Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate plant performance and spending.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance – Establish and enforce controls for policies and tax requirements.
  • Inventory & CAPEX – Manage inventory valuation, reconciliations, and capital project tracking.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise, coach, and support accounting personnel across multiple locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • CPA designation preferred (CA, CMA, CGA)
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing plant finance role
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting experience
  • Proficiency with Navision or Dynamics 365 (Maximo/warehouse systems an asset)
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
