We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region.
- Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care settings.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
