Salary Range (but Not Limited To): 47,100 – 57,500 (based on a 35‑hour workweek; actual salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and anticipated contribution to the role).


Incentive plan: Commissions & other performance incentives: Expected, but not limited payout potential of 10‑15% of salary (subject to personal and team performance). About The Role


No insurance experience is necessary. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker in our Newmarket branches. Once you’re done training, you’ll help people protect what’s most important to them.


You’ll work in a supportive call center setting, providing insurance advice to our valued clients, assisting with quotes, policy updates, and coverage questions.


What You’ll Do Here



  • Sell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business

  • Service on‑going client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals

  • Quote new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters, and receive walk‑in clients

  • Contact underwriters and adjusters to discuss guidelines and policyបានណាធ្រោង;
  • Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals

  • Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

  • Actively participate in training initiatives

  • Participate in community marketing initiatives

  • Process account receivable activities

  • Provide guidance and assistance as requested


What You Bring To The Table



  • High school or equivalent

  • Experience working with sales targets/KPA’s

  • Experience in a call centre

  • Exposure to Epic is an asset

  • Strong customer focus

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent ráð verbal and written communication skills


Working Schedule Includes


The successful candidate will participate in an 8‑week Foundations training program, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Upon successful completion of the training, the role will transition to a 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST shift, Monday to Friday, and a 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST shift on Saturday. After one year, there is a possibility to transition to an earlier shift such as 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, based on business needs and performance.
