You will also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.</p>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Montreal airport (YUL);</li><li>Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities;</li><li>Responsible for briefing the crew;</li><li>Monitor and coordinate the allocation of barriers;</li><li>Elaboration of the loading plan;</li><li>Consult and communicate flight messages (MVT, DPM, LDM, etc.);</li><li>Communicate UHF and VHF;</li><li>Answer telephone calls and emails;</li><li>Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.);</li><li>Code the various delays;</li><li>Prepare operations reports;</li><li>Monitoring of operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent;</li><li>3 years of experience (ideally in airport operations);</li><li>Autonomous and resourceful;</li><li>High level of professionalism;</li><li>Good ability to communicate;</li><li>Capable of evaluating and analyzing operational needs;</li><li>Very good knowledge about the all facets of the aviation industry;</li><li>Understanding of various of IT systems ( AIMS, and ALTEA) an asset;</li><li>Capable of working under pressure</li><li>Capable of multitasking</li><li> Oral and written fluency in French and English *</li></ul><p>*<em>A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
