On the Job Trainer

<p>Insight Global is looking for an On-the-job Trainer to join one of Canada's leading Aviation companies on a full-time basis, sitting out of Calgary AB. <b>The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. </b>A successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between classroom instruction and workplace performance. This role focuses on providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, and skill assessment to post-graduate trainees within Operations. The OJT ensures that trainees can apply their knowledge effectively in real-world production environments and are fully prepared for job-readiness on the floor.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Relocation package is available for candidates located out of Alberta. </b></p><p> </p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing training in the aerospace industry.</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing role, specifically using sheet metal.</li><li>Strong knowledge of power tools and how to use them.</li><li>Ability to train multiple team members and act as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.</li></ul><p></p>
