Main duties

  • analyser les capacitĂ©s et les attentes des clients en ce qui a trait aux activitĂ©s de la vie en les observant, en discutant avec eux et en effectuant des Ă©valuations formelles;
  • Ă©laborer des programmes d\'intervention visant Ă  rĂ©pondre aux besoins des clients en matière de soins auto-administrĂ©s et d\'activitĂ©s professionnelles et de loisirs;
  • tenir les dossiers des clients;
  • travailler dans un contexte d\'interdisciplinaritĂ©, avec des psychologues/neuropsychologues, en vue d\'Ă©tablir des plans d\'intervention;
  • agir Ă  titre de consultant et de conseiller relativement aux programmes de promotion de la santĂ© visant Ă  prĂ©venir les incapacitĂ©s et Ă  optimiser l\'autonomie dans toutes les activitĂ©s de la vie;

Required qualities

  • ĂŠtre membre de l\'Ordre des ergothĂ©rapeutes du QuĂ©bec ou de l\'Ontario
