The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Means & Methods Coordinator will support the ECWE-SRS project by developing, reviewing, and implementing construction methodologies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role works closely with project management, site teams, and subcontractors to optimize construction sequencing, workflow, and productivity while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with project management and site teams to develop and refine construction means, methods, and sequencing.</li><li>Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.</li><li>Review subcontractor work plans and coordinate integration with overall project methodology.</li><li>Monitor and adjust workflows on-site to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics plans.</li><li>Support the resolution of construction challenges by providing practical, hands-on solutions.</li><li>Maintain documentation related to means and methods, including reports, change requests, and lessons learned.</li><li>Liaise with safety and quality teams to ensure construction methods comply with all applicable regulations and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in construction means and methods coordination or similar role within large-scale ICI projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and workflow optimization.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What Amico Can Offer You:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Employer Matching Retirement Program</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>At Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
