Job Description
We are looking for a **Manager, Targeted Marketing – Affinity & White Labels** to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing – Affinity & White Labels you will play a key role in managing our targeted marketing production for all affinity and white label groups. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all aspects of direct mail, email and print ad marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, creative design, production, mailing logistics, and performance analysis, with the goal of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted mail pieces delivered directly to potential customers. * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing and any combination of equivalent education.* At least 5 years of experience managing professionals.* At least 7 years of experience in/or combination of; executing targeted marketing, production operations, stakeholder relationships, affinity marketing.* Expert understanding of direct mail, email and print ad marketing principles and best practices and CASL legislation* Strong understanding in data analysis and list segmentation techniques* Excellent project management skills, including budget management and timelines* Experience working with external vendors and suppliers involved in direct mail, email and print ad production* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis software* Excellent communicator, proficient in presenting your ideas to various stakeholders and influencing business decisions.* A team player with a positive attitude, you love working in a collaborative environment and inspire your team to thrive.* Organized, at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to prioritize.* Solution-driven, not afraid to challenge status-quo and innovate.* Bilingual (French and English) is an asset – you will interact regularly with stakeholders across the country and lead discussion in each language.* Experienced with affinity marketing strategies is an asset* A financial rewards program that recognizes your success* An industry leading Employee Share Purchase Plan; we match 50% of net shares purchased* An extensive flex pension and benefits package, with access to virtual healthcare* Flexible work arrangements* Possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year* An annual wellness account that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle* Access to tools and resources to support physical and mental health, embracing change and connecting with colleagues* A dynamic workplace learning ecosystem complete with learning journeys, interactive online content, and inspiring programs* Inclusive employee-led networks to educate, inspire, amplify voices, build relationships and provide development opportunities* Inspiring leaders and colleagues who will lift you up and help you grow* A Community Impact program, because what you care about is a part of what makes you different.
