<p>We’re excited to fill an existing position at Factory Optical – Saskatoon – Lawson Heights Mall – partners of solis optics, as a <b>Manager, Store/Optician I</b>!</p>
<p>This position is full‑time, working 30-40 hours per week, and is open Monday to Saturday.</p>
<h3>What Will You Be Doing?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Cultivating a culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust and dedication</li>
<li>Providing training, development, and coaching to support staff growth and performance</li>
<li>Establishing clear revenue targets and leading the team to achieve them</li>
<li>Hiring, onboarding and training new team members</li>
<li>Providing exceptional customer service with every customer interaction</li>
<li>Coordinating and managing staff and doctor schedules</li>
<li>Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP)</li>
<li>Ensuring accurate and timely benefits submissions and maintaining up-to-date tracking</li>
<li>Managing inventory to ensure accuracy and product availability</li>
<li>Handling bank deposits and performing bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support store operations</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Do You Bring?</h3>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service-focused retail environment</li>
<li>A minimum of one year experience in a leadership role</li>
<li>Registered Optician in the province of Saskatchewan</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills</li>
<li>Thrives in a dynamic environment, effectively managing competing tasks and responsibilities</li>
<li>Demonstrated flexibility, effectively managing competing tasks and responsibilities</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt and excel in dynamic work environments</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>
<li>Ability to drive results through effective leadership, people management and team development</li>
