Manager of IT Division
The Manager of the Information Technology Division will support our organization’s technology needs, focusing on operational efficiency, managing IT projects, and overseeing the implementation of a corporate technology solution. This role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the technology division is aligned with business goals and supports franchise operations.
The ideal candidate will help build and oversee the technology division, manage IT operations, and ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet future business demands.
Core Responsibilities:
- Technology Division Oversight: Assist in building and managing the IT division, ensuring that the technology department operates smoothly and supports the organization’s objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee IT operations, including system performance, security, and functionality, to ensure that technology platforms are efficient and reliable.
- Technology Solution Implementation: Assist with implementing a new and improved corporate technology solution, ensuring smooth rollout, integration, and ongoing support.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and progress.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with leadership to contribute to the company’s IT strategy and ensure that technology solutions align with business needs.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Engage with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are aligned with requirements and successfully implemented.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven experience in managing IT systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, system performance management, and security best practices.
- Experience contributing to IT strategy and working closely with leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Pro-active approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site.
