<p>Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you !</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours</li>
<li>Perform on-call emergency maintenance</li>
<li>Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards</li>
<li>General common area and building maintenance</li>
<li>Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team</li>
<li>Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting</li>
<li>Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards</li>
<li>Assist with snow removal</li>
<li>Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience and Educational Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 years maintenance service experience required</li>
<li>3 years renovation experience an asset</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written</li>
<li>Familiarity with technology is an asset</li>
</ul>
<h3>Non-Technical Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview)</li>
<li>Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting</li>
<li>Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment</li>
<li>Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time</li>
<li>Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment</li>
<li>Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Own reliable vehicle</li>
</ul>
