<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, output, and courier items to relevant business units.<br>
<br>• Prepare, sort, and process all outgoing mail and courier shipments according to company standards.<br>
<br>• Manage advisor correspondence, including quality control and resolution of unidentified mail using internal systems.<br>
<br>• Operate mail-handling equipment and complete print jobs, including envelope filling and machine processing.<br>
<br>• Oversee shipping and receiving duties, including branch bags and package delivery, with lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.<br>
<br>• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person service windows.<br>
<br>• Support troubleshooting efforts and process inbound bulk mail with accuracy and efficiency.<br>
<br>• Use Microsoft Office tools for daily workflow, communications, and record-keeping (e.g., film fiche).<br>
<br>• Maintain service level agreements and meet tight operational deadlines.<br>
<br>• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless internal service delivery.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• High school completion at minimum.<br>
<br>• Previous experience in administration, courier services, or customer service roles.<br>
<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>
<br>• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.<br>
<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.<br>
<br>• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.<br>
<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy.<br>
<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>
<br>• Analytical thinking and adaptability to change.<br>
<br>• Reliable PC skills with strong speed and precision.<br>
