Summary: Sienna Charles, the premier luxury lifestyle company, is looking for a proactive, confident, and client centric Travel Agent to assist in booking lifestyle and travel experiences for our VIP clientele. Additionally, travel agents oversee and execute vendor relationships and database management. Key Responsibilities: Experience Booking: Book travel, restaurants, hotels, and other experiences in a timely manner. Constant Communication: Keep our VIP clients up-to-date with their requests. Rate Gathering: Responsible for reaching out to vendors to gather rate information for client trips. Vendor Relations: Maintaining a professional relationship with all vendors, ensuring smooth and effective client bookings. On trip-support: Manage on-trip communications in a timely manner Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to our internal processes. Prioritization and Efficiency: Internal strong sense of urgency, you can determine what to focus on first and can work both quickly and efficiently to maintain multiple deadlines. Ownership and Management: You see your role as more than a job and look for ways to go above and beyond to improve the process continuously. You keep on top of all tasks and know how to organize and maintain them all. Requirements: 3 years of travel agency experience Proven track record of excellent customer service Fluent in English Experience in a remote working environment Strong oral and verbal communication skills Experience in successful escalation and problem solving Flexible Schedule Availability – Including some weekend availability Quiet and secure place to work from Ideally, experience in a similar industry: private banking, hospitality, or fashion servicing high-level clientele.
