I’m looking for a level 1 IT technician for one of our customers, located on the island of Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. The salary offered is $50,000 – based on a 35-hour week
I’m looking for a level 1 IT technician for one of our customers, located on the island of Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. The salary offered is $50,000 – based on a 35-hour week
Your duties will include :
* Install, configure and maintain printers and photocopiers according to established procedures.
* Respond to user requests for assistance, whether in person at the service desk or via remote support tools, providing the appropriate information.
* Perform hardware troubleshooting within the limits of his/her competence
* Clean, maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment
* Operate various peripherals according to specific instructions
* Manage and regularly update the equipment inventory
* Perform all tasks relating to the receipt, storage, distribution and delivery of goods
* Loan computer hardware and equipment, and ensure their return
* Check goods received against purchase orders
* DEP in computer support
* At least one year’s relevant experience
* Knowledge of network environment, Microsoft applications and other software
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet software
