<p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p>
<p>The Learning Solutions Designer is responsible for the design and development of learning programs and solutions that support skill development, knowledge and performance of team members at Sentrex. This includes but is not limited to supporting new hire training, leadership development, general skill development, compliance training, patient support program onboarding plans, software upgrades and rollouts, and other identified training initiatives.</p>
<p><b>A Day in the Life (What you will do here):</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop training programs that support the Sentrex Team</li>
<li>Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in-depth understanding of the obstacles and needs of each team/department</li>
<li>Optimize use of current authoring tools and our LMS, to host learning modules and create blended and self‑guided learning programs</li>
<li>Complete training needs analysis, identifying areas for improvement and knowledge gaps; create learning solutions that close the gap and address the needs of the business</li>
<li>Evaluate current and future learning programs (Level 1‑3 Evaluations) to determine effectiveness of the programs</li>
<li>Consistently review learning programs and materials with a continuous improvement mindset</li>
<li>Assist in creating content for the L&D Page as needed</li>
<li>Manage multiple competing priorities to meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Optimize training processes for efficiency</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by your manager</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What you need to ensure you are set up for success:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree or Certificate in Adult Education/Instructional Design/Curriculum Development, or equivalent experience is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and design best practices</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with various instructional design methodologies, designing robust training programs for ILT, VILT, eLearning and blended approaches from scratch</li>
<li>Experience in conducting training needs analysis and providing successful learning solutions</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge and skills in creating interactive eLearning content for system processes/workflows, including simulations and case study scenarios</li>
<li>Advanced ability to learn and understand new content, systems and processes</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office and various learning authoring tools; Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.), Canva, Camtasia, SnagIt, etc.</li>
<li>Experience in creating SharePoint pages considered an asset</li>
<li>Administrative experience in LMS is considered an asset</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading/editing and quality assurance</li>
<li>Proven experience collaborating with leaders and/or stakeholders within a cross‑functional organization</li>
<li>Ability to be agile and nimble in a fast‑paced environment</li>
