Lead Full stack engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to develop, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on technical development with some leadership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered on time.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams across India and North America, leading by example in code quality, design thinking, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full stack developers across time zones to deliver robust, scalable applications.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js (Express/Nest.js).
- Architect and implement front-end solutions with React.js, ensuring responsive, performant UI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and release cadence.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all layers of the stack.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of full stack development experience, with 2+ years in a lead developer role.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js,and React.js
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and async programming.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with global teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies.
