Role Overview: As a Lead Engineer, you will scale and rewrite our product while building out our engineering team. You’ll take charge of projects, becoming a key decision-maker on product enhancements and architecture, focusing on scalability for customers. Responsibilities: Lead scaling and rewriting of our product, prioritizing scalability. Take ownership of projects and decisions on product enhancements and architecture. Collaborate closely with the founder to align technical decisions with business objectives. Build and mentor an engineering team, driving technical excellence. Requirements: 7-12 years of software engineering experience in scaling products in a startup. Previous startup experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills.
