Job Summary
The L&D Designer / Developer will provide leadership and hands‑on expertise in the design and development of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modern instructional standards. This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, supporting multiple delivery modalities and collaborating closely with vendors and stakeholders during a large‑scale transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring consistency with enterprise learning frameworks.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design across virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and instructor‑led training.
- Collaborate with external vendors to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions.
- Maintain best practices in instructional design and stay current with industry trends and performance consulting.
- Create and manage learning content for transformation initiatives.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate content workflows.
- Support content translation efforts and manage file exchanges across teams and vendors.
Required (Must‑Have)
- Learning and development experience
- Quality control in learning content and delivery
- Experience with eLearning tools and standards (SCORM, AICC, HTML)
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Connect, or similar platforms
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team‑oriented mindset
- High attention to detail
- Quick learner with adaptability in fast‑moving environments

- Design and development background
