- Fielding help desk calls and tickets related to end user issues
- End user orientation and training related to IT
- Software installations and software troubleshooting
- PC troubleshooting, repairs and setup of new desktops and laptops
- Setup and managing printers and print queues
- Manage and assign security cards
- End user support Teams phone system
- End user support wireless access points and devices
- Setting up and administering Office 365 email accounts
- Setting up and administering user accounts in MS Active Directory
- Setting up and administering mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) when required
- Documenting procedures, network, and system changes, and troubleshooting steps
- Identifying and resolving virus and malware outbreaks
- Security patch management review and applying security patches
- Assisting, as needed in approved IT maintenance activities
- Following and complying with Cube Management System (CMS)
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 2 years of relevant college coursework required. Additional experience may substitute for education.
