Cube Packaging Solutions

    • Fielding help desk calls and tickets related to end user issues
    • End user orientation and training related to IT
    • Software installations and software troubleshooting
    • PC troubleshooting, repairs and setup of new desktops and laptops
    • Setup and managing printers and print queues
    • Manage and assign security cards
    • End user support Teams phone system
    • End user support wireless access points and devices
    • Setting up and administering Office 365 email accounts
    • Setting up and administering user accounts in MS Active Directory
    • Setting up and administering mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) when required
    • Documenting procedures, network, and system changes, and troubleshooting steps
    • Identifying and resolving virus and malware outbreaks
    • Security patch management review and applying security patches
    • Assisting, as needed in approved IT maintenance activities
    • Following and complying with Cube Management System (CMS)
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 2 years of relevant college coursework required.  Additional experience may substitute for education.
