<h3> <b>What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide Tier 1–2 technical support using ServiceNow, resolving tickets for enterprise clients and IT professionals</li>
<li>Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across virtualization, networking, and storage technologies</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and client troubleshooting</li>
<li>Gain hands‑on experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco, EMC, Palo Alto, and Citrix</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients through ticketing and portal systems (no direct call queue)</li>
<li>Participate in structured onboarding and technical training to expand your expertise</li>
<li>Contribute to internal documentation, process improvement, and change management initiatives</li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of data protection, networking, and security systems over time</li>
</ul>
<h3>⭐ <b>What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist)</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of technical support or systems administration experience within an enterprise or Managed Services environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management</li>
<li>Hands‑on familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, routing/switching concepts, and VPN technologies</li>
<li>Experience working with firewalls, security appliances, or endpoint protection platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Secure)</li>
<li>Exposure to storage technologies (SAN/NAS), data protection, or backup/recovery systems (Veeam, Dell EMC, etc.)</li>
<li>Practical experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, and a good understanding of SLA‑based ticket management</li>
<li>Proficiency with PowerShell or scripting fundamentals for task automation and system checks is an asset </li>
