Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Analyst to join their team. This role is 100% onsite at our client’s location in Cottage Grove, MN, with working hours from 8am to 5pm.
As a Jr. IT Analyst, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site, which may involve workstation support, telecom, printers, server support, and/or networking.
Key Responsibilities:
– Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure
– Provide support for WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, Standard & Process PCs, and Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
– Manage TelecomEthernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, RoutersSwitches Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless
– Provide Standard and Local Software Support including MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
– Perform ITSM, MOC & 24/7 Pager Support
– Maximize Site Related HW/SW Resource Uptime
– Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities
– Attend & Comply with All Plant IT & Production, FDA & GMP, Corporate IT, & Safety Required Training Meetings and Activities
Required Professional Experience and Skills:
– Two to three years of IT infrastructure experience supporting Windows PCs, printer, and basic networking
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
– Experience with VPN, ETHERNET, CISCO, TCP/IP, HW/SW, THIN CLIENT, WIRELESS, CITRIX, LAN/WAN, and server support
– High School Diploma or GED
