Type: Hourly
When: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 9AM – 5:30PM (depends on our current staff and needs)
Where: Level 2/3 Business Support Team
What: You will support and offer cutting edge technologies to small to medium sized businesses. You will help engineer automation, group policies, and and server environments. Maintenance and end user support are part of the daily work list. You will primarily work out of your home with routine onsite visits to your assigned clients. You are a master at your craft and other departments will reach out to you for advice. Your job is to be the best IT guy your clients have ever worked with. We will help you accomplish this goal through documentation and the best tools in the industry. At the same time, we strive to have a great work and life balance. If we work together, we can accomplish anything!


  • 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy experience
  • HyperV and ESXI
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Windows Server and VPN Configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues
  • Office 365 proficient
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to instruct non-technical users
  • Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clients
  • Time management and task prioritization skills
  • Experience performing onsite services and projects


  • Cisco/Datto switches and SonicWall/Watchguard Firewalls
  • 60+ WPM
  • Powershell and command line (scripting)
  • Platform experience in: Auvik, Connectwise Automate, Connectwise Control, Acronis, Repairshopr, IT Glue
  • ITIL best practices followed
  • Certifications
  • AS/BS Degree
  • Prior MSP experience
  • Prior Sales experience

We’re located at 344 North Washington Street in downtown Saint Croix Falls, WI on highway 87. We are open Monday through Friday 10 A.M. to 6 P.M, and Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM
