Our client is one of Vancouver Island’s fastest growing MSPs, and we are looking for a passionate, collaborative problem-solver with substantial experience handlingplex IT issues and fostering strong client relationships.
Your new role
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute large-scale IT projects ranging from cloud migrations to full site deployments
  • Conduct IT assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of client infrastructure and identify potential solutions
  • Engineer cost-effective IT solutions tailored to clients’ business needs
  • Address and resolve helpdesk tickets escalated by Level 1 support team
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior technical staff, setting an example for our client’s values
  • What you’ll need to succeed
    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,puter Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ work experience in IT services
  • Experience leading and executing large-scale IT projects and deploying IT infrastructure
  • Expertise in networking, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
  • Excellentmunication skills to connect with clients and distill technical information into plain English
  • Education
    College diploma or university degree in the field ofputer Science, Business Administration or an equivalentbination of education and experience. What you’ll get in return
