Responsibilities
The IT strategist aligns technology with business objectives.
Provide the vision, evolution, and communication of the technical architecture, creating the strategy and portfolio-level technical roadmaps for technology.
Align architecture with business strategy
Sets the IT vision and goals based on business and investment roadmaps.
They need to have excellent analytical, communication, and technical skills to deliver the best value from IT initiatives.
Ability to build strong visuals for executive communications.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
• Post-secondary education with a focus in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience within architecture/IT strategy.
• Experience building strong visuals for executive communicators
• Understanding of relevant frameworks (TOGAF)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Well-developed organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications: TOGAF, etc
• Previous experience within the energy sector
