The ERP Technology Services unit is seeking a skilled and highly qualified senior-level professional to provide in-depth technical reporting and analytics support for Mayo’s implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. This includes, but is not limited to, products such as Oracle Fusion Cloud OTBI reports, BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Autonomous Databases, etc. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Reporting QA, code review, and report migrations to production for the Reporting and Analytics team, following Mayo IT’s Change Management policies and procedures.
- Technical analysis and troubleshooting of reporting issues.
- Management and resolution of escalated ServiceNow tickets related to complex reporting issues.
- Triaging of reporting and analytics issues to the appropriate technical teams to resolve.
- Creation and management of tickets with Oracle for technical issues in reports built from the suite of analytics tools.
- Collaboration with business units, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide ongoing guidance and technical recommendations on choice of reporting tools for specific purposes.
- Creating and writing scheduled and ad-hoc reports specific for various IT needs.
- Participation on workgroups and/or projects related to reporting and analytics for the purposes of providing technical insight and guidance.
This position requires a high level of analytical skill, the ability to organize and manage a varied workload of projects and tasks, self-motivation, sound judgement and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and sites.
Desired technical skills include the following.
- In-depth experience with the following reporting and analytics tools:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud OTBI reporting
- Oracle BI Publisher Reports
- Oracle HCM Extracts
- Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
- Oracle Autonomous Databases
- In-depth experience with performance tuning in the above reporting tools, troubleshooting and advanced SQL skills.
- Well developed understanding of Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources domains within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Experience with PVO’s and Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) is helpful but not required.

This is a full-time remote position within the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer including F1 OPT STEM. Candidate will be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.
