Functional Documentation and Design
Post Implementation System Monitoring
Software Development Lifecycle Planning”
72 months experience performing configurations or configuration based analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB.
72 months of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications.
72 months of experience in deployment and release management, including: data analysis of object contention and configuration lists.
48 months experience creating and maintaining standardized reports for executives and senior management.
48 months of experience in Change Management in the course of fulfilling user requests, resolving incidents, and meeting operational commitments.
48 months of experience developing procedures, standards, workflows, documentation and visualizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
