Position Summary:
Maintain working condition of all hardware, software, and other devices including Microsoft Windows NT/2003, LAN/WAN and Computers Equipment. Provide hardware, software and other support and training to company network users in order to enable them to perform all functions and duties that they may have which depend on the electronic creation, manipulation, or storage of data on the Microsoft Windows NT/2003 network. Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain Microsoft Windows NT/2003 network servers, including procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Maintain network hardware, including but not limited to wiring, hubs, routers, modems, printers, voice/data duplexers, leased lines, and frame-relay lines. Includes procurement, installation, and maintenance.
- Prepare and update Disaster recovery planning and procedures for the Microsoft Windows NT/2003 network, including backup, safeguarding and recovery of critical data.
- Procure, install, troubleshoot, and dispose of hardware and software for all company-owned workstations – desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Support all LAN users (mobile and office); includes creation, maintenance, and timely deletion of user accounts, mailboxes and support of Unix Systems for network-related issues.
- Coordinate with and support of field Technical Staff in matters of Store Automation (Hardware, Software, and other issues).

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 3-5 years progressive IT experience.
- Understanding of and ability to configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, maintain and repair Intel-based client and server hardware, Ethernet LAN physical topology, and other miscellaneous LAN and office automation hardware.
- Ability to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, maintain and repair all other hardware devices and software packages deemed necessary to the duties or functions performed by management and staff in the course of developing a world-class management information system environment.
- A strong working knowledge of design, programming, and maintenance of computer software and hardware, in a Microsoft based, PC networking environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Desired Previous Job Experience
- Degree in computer science or related equivalent work experience with
- Background with PDI/RMS and Radiant POS/Scanning would be very helpful.
- Experience with Accounting Software packages
