IT Requirements Manager TS/SCI CI Poly
Department: Government Customer- Chantilly
Location: Chantilly, VA
TENICA is looking for an IT Requirements Manager. Candidate must have a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance w/ CI Poly.
As IT Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for capturing, validating and anticipating IT requirements on a team effort.
Responsibilities:
- Capture, validate and anticipate requirements for a solution strategy through all phases of the project
- Develop and assist in authoring programmatic documentation such as a requirements document
- Recommend information technology strategies, priorities, policies, and procedures by evaluating requirements
- Work closely with IT leadership to ensure solution is in alignment with organizational goals and requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equiv experience
- Top Secret/SCI Government Security Clearance with CI poly
- Previous U.S. government experience in IT requirements management
Requirements/Abilities:
- Experience capturing and validating IT requirements
- Working knowledge of IT requirements and project management best practices
- Experience providing consultation in support of information systems
- Experience executing complex IT projects with complex business and technical impact
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that requirements are addressed
- Ability to work and closely collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, and team building skills
- Must have TS/SCI with ci poly security clearance
